This is the BEST co-op! I learned SOO much from all the staff - nurses and doctors! All of them are really eager to teach you things and most will let you do new things after a very short time! It's definately stressful at times - whether it's because you're getting multiple traumas, or because there are a lot of sick people on the unit - but at the end of the shift you know you've done something wonderful for these people! I may do another co-op here because I loved it so much and learned such a great deal! :) |
