Cascap is a really good company to work for. It is the parent company to a dozen group homes for mentally ill adults. The Green Street program is the easiest, with good hours 9am-7pm for four days a week. The clients and co-workers are amazing to work with!!! Awesome people all-aroud. If you have good time management skills you will fly through the tedious paperwork and have plenty of time to work closely with the clients and learn about their mental illnesses. TAKE THIS JOB IF YOU WANT TO WORK IN THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD.
