After a few months, the Relationship Manager position becomes tedious (both the phone calls and other responsibilities.) The job is only fun if you ask for enough work, and sometimes it's difficult to get feedback on how you're performing. You're pretty much on your own in terms of learning new things, but it is possible if you're smart and aggressive. A good co-op for business, psychology, communications majors. |
