Comments:
It's actually Crowe, Paradis & Albren LLP, I just accidentally put an @ sign instead of &. Each department is different, so someone in a different department within the company may not have liked it as much as I did. High turnover rate for those in the position of Case Manager.

Comments:
Responsibility here definitely depends on what you want to get out of the coop. If you are willing to do more work and ask for it, you will definitely get a lot more out of the experience. A much younger crowd here. There are 3-4 different units, which have their own cultures but the SSDI/Case Manager dept. has very high turnover. Mgmt does not seem to appreciate good FT workers. Not a career path.

Comments:
I worked in the NYSIF department, which I believe merged with MASIF/National Recovery. I had a great experience there and even stayed on for an extra year part time. I was given a lot of responsibility and learned a lot. You will get to do more if you put forth a strong effort, ask questions and show that you are willing and capable to take on more tasks. There are a million things to do and managers are more than willing to give you a chance to take on some of their work load.
