Don't think it's great because there is no dress code and the pay is pretty good. The supervisor gives zero feedback and the vice presidents that run the day to day activities are to say the least arrogant. They pay you well to do a task no other person would ever be willing to do, cold calling prospective customers, which by the way totally against what the job description stated. There is also zero motivation to do your job due to the oppressive environment all around you. You will actually get nothing out of this co op other than the ability to let people put you down all day. I personally feel that this co op should be eliminated entirely from the Northeastern program. |
