I spent my frist coop in the Body and Chassis devision at Pollak and it was by far my worst job ever (I would have rather gone back to being a bus-boy). The engineers who knew what they were doing had no time to spend on you, and the ones that didn't had nothing good to teach you. The work was incredibly boring in that I was basically an assembler. None of the engineers had the patience to teach you anything. The only benifit of this job is I was able to teach myself how to use ProE using the company's online ProE lessons. |
